Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products sold by ELINE GLOBAL INC. (“ELINE GLOBAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use during the applicable warranty period described below.
1. Warranty Periods
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product, the following limited warranty periods apply:
| Product / Component | Warranty Period |
|---|---|
| Canopy / Tent Frame | 1 Year |
| Printed Canopy Tops / Printed Fabric | 90 Days |
| Other Accessories | 90 Days |
The one-year canopy/tent frame warranty applies to the frame as a whole, subject to the exclusions and conditions described in this policy.
2. When the Warranty Period Begins
The applicable warranty period begins on the date the carrier's tracking information shows the order as Delivered.
For eligible local pickup orders, the warranty period begins on the date the customer or authorized representative takes possession of the order.
3. What This Limited Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and proper use of the product within the applicable warranty period.
Examples of potentially covered issues may include eligible structural, component, material, or manufacturing defects that are determined by ELINE GLOBAL INC. to have resulted from the original manufacturing process rather than misuse, external forces, normal wear, or other excluded causes.
4. Warranty Remedy
If a warranty claim is approved, ELINE GLOBAL INC. will first attempt to provide a reasonable repair of the defective product or component when repair is practical.
If the covered defect cannot reasonably be repaired, ELINE GLOBAL INC. will provide a replacement for the affected component or product, as appropriate.
Replacement products or components may be new or functionally equivalent to the original product or component, subject to availability.
5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use;
- Accidents or impact damage;
- Abuse, misuse, or improper handling;
- Improper assembly, installation, setup, or disassembly;
- Failure to properly secure or anchor the product;
- Unauthorized modification or alteration;
- Improper storage or maintenance;
- Use for a purpose for which the product was not reasonably designed;
- Damage caused by vehicles, equipment, falling objects, or other external forces;
- Fire, heat sources, or exposure to harmful chemicals;
- Severe weather or environmental conditions;
- Wind, storms, thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail, snow, flooding, or similar weather events; or
- Other circumstances outside the original manufacturing process.
6. Canopies Are Temporary Shelter Products
Pop-up canopies and tents are temporary shelter products and are not permanent structures.
They should not be treated as permanent buildings or left continuously erected without appropriate supervision.
Customers are responsible for evaluating weather and site conditions before and during use.
7. Wind and Severe Weather
Customers should not use or leave a canopy erected during unsafe or severe weather conditions.
If strong winds, thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail, snow, or other hazardous weather conditions are present or expected, the canopy should be taken down when it is safe to do so.
Weather conditions can change rapidly. Customers are responsible for monitoring local conditions and using reasonable judgment regarding when a canopy should be removed.
Damage caused by wind, storms, severe weather, or failure to remove the canopy under unsafe conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this limited warranty.
8. Proper Anchoring and Securing
When a canopy or tent is used outdoors, the customer is responsible for properly securing the product based on the surface, location, environment, weather conditions, and intended use.
Appropriate securing methods may include:
- Weights;
- Sandbags;
- Stakes;
- Ropes or guy lines; and
- Other appropriate anchoring or securing systems.
The appropriate method may vary depending on the installation site. Customers are responsible for determining whether the installation location and anchoring method are appropriate and safe.
Failure to properly secure a canopy may result in serious product damage and may create a risk of injury or property damage.
9. Unattended Canopies
Canopies should not be left unattended when weather, site conditions, crowds, traffic, or other circumstances could create a safety risk.
Customers are responsible for reasonable supervision and safe operation of the product while it is erected.
10. Printed Canopy Tops and Fabric
Printed canopy tops and other eligible printed fabric products are covered for 90 days against eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.
The warranty does not cover normal fading, normal wear, staining, dirt, improper cleaning, abrasion, cuts, punctures, tears caused by external forces, improper storage, weather-related damage, or other damage unrelated to an original material or manufacturing defect.
11. Reasonable Color Variations
Reasonable differences between colors displayed on digital proofs or screens and colors produced on physical fabric are not considered warranty defects.
Color appearance may vary due to screen calibration, RGB-to-CMYK conversion, printing processes, inks, fabric characteristics, lighting conditions, and reasonable production variation.
This exclusion does not apply to a confirmed production error that causes the finished product to materially differ from the approved final proof or agreed production specifications.
12. Accessories
Eligible accessories are covered for 90 days against defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.
Normal wear, misuse, impact damage, improper installation, weather damage, and other excluded causes described in this policy are not covered.
13. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, contact ELINE GLOBAL INC. at: support@ai2sign.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- Your name or business name;
- A description of the problem;
- Photographs clearly showing the affected product or component; and
- Any additional photographs, video, or information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.
Please retain the affected product or component while the warranty claim is being reviewed.
14. Warranty Evaluation
Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically establish that the product is defective or covered by this warranty.
ELINE GLOBAL INC. may review photographs, videos, order records, product history, circumstances of use, and other reasonably relevant information to determine whether the issue qualifies as a covered material or manufacturing defect.
We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
15. Replacement Components
When only a particular component is defective and the remainder of the product remains functional, warranty service may be limited to repairing or replacing the affected component rather than replacing the entire product.
16. Availability of Replacement Parts
Product designs, materials, colors, components, and suppliers may change over time.
If an identical replacement component is no longer reasonably available, ELINE GLOBAL INC. may provide a reasonably comparable or functionally equivalent replacement when appropriate.
17. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
Any shipping arrangements or transportation costs associated with an approved warranty repair or replacement will be communicated to the customer as part of the warranty claim process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this policy does not establish a fixed allocation of warranty-related shipping costs.
18. Non-Warranty Damage
If an issue is determined not to be covered by this limited warranty, ELINE GLOBAL INC. may, when available, offer replacement parts, repair options, or replacement products at the customer's expense.
Any such service is subject to availability and any applicable charges communicated to the customer.
19. Relationship to Production Error Claims
This Warranty Policy is separate from claims involving an incorrect custom production or manufacturing issue discovered immediately after delivery.
Claims that a custom product was produced incorrectly or materially differs from the customer-approved final proof should be reported within 7 days after delivery and will be handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Custom Products & Artwork Approval Policy.
20. Limitation of Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the eligible product and covers only the specific remedies described in this policy.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
